U.S. government shutdown impacts DHS funding, ICE operations in Minnesota

U.S. lawmakers still haven’t finalized a funding package to end the partial government shutdown. The biggest sticking point is funding for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which is temporarily funded through Feb. 13.
